Located on the main strip of the park, sit at the walk up bar or rest on a sunlounge and watch the action pass you by.  Extremely close to the amenity block, swimming pools and playground/games room.

This modern, comfy dwelling sleeps 9, 7 in the annex and 2 in the caravan.  There is an outside kitchen BBQ area with fridge, lockable cupboard and sink with running water.

Area to front of van is half paved with both roll down plastic and bamboo blinds to eliminate rain and sun for full comfort

Enjoy summers with effective air-conditioning in annex and enjoy winters with an outdoor wood fire pit and indoor portable heater.

There is ample parking at side of annex for both boat and vehicle and a lockable shed at rear for storage.

All items are included, including BBQ, fridge, microwave, stereo, electrical appliances, all cutlery/crockery/glasses as well as several blow ups for pool and river.
