Very cosy and comfortable setup, a short stroll to all amenities and recreational facilities. Fully furnished with an enclosed bedroom, with double bed, at rear of annexe. The caravan is in very good condition and has a 4-bunk bedroom at rear that could easily be converted if preferred. Having undergone a window furnishings refurbishment within the last 6 months, the caravan and annexe was fitted with new sheers throughout and high quality blockout-backed roman blinds were fitted to the good sized loungeroom windows in the annexe. Two extremely comfortable (new) 2 seater couches were also added.

 The generous area to the front of the van and annexe is paved and nylon mesh roll-down blinds have been fitted to the sides to give both sun and wind protection as well as privacy. A generous sized woodbox is included, so too a storage shed located at the rear of the annexe. There is also ample parking at the side of the annexe suitable for both a boat and a vehicle.

 In closing: Most items are included, including fridges, indoor and outdoor furniture, small appliances etc., but there are a few exclusions, including : 2 travertine lamp tables, the stereo, the 4-slot stainless steel toaster (shown in one of the pics), bed linen and a few other miscellaneous items and the farm gate, including personal belongings that may show in the photos.
